Becoming an Associate

An Associate of PPIE requires completion of Master and or Master Supervisor AFT
Coaching Practitioners Course with extensive experience in area of expertise. Although
occasionally somebody has extensive experience, and they do a one month or 3 month
coaching course and qualify to intern for a course. They will then co-write a specialisation
course which will become certified through the Institute, followed by co-facilitation of course
for a 60/40 split, 60% to the Associate, with the intention of ultimately (within 24 months)
going independent with your own certification under the umbrella of PPIE; thereby building a
community of compassionate coaches who serve a global society for transformation.
