Introducing AFT ©JT
Active Facilitative Coaching (AFC) ©JT and Active Facilitative Transformation Coaching (AFTC) ©JT were developed by Jacqueline Tamri, a South African BIPOC Skills Development and Human Resource Practitioner.
Born from insider understanding of the need for practical mindset engagement, AFC ©JT is a facilitation methodology incorporating transformative coaching tools that support mindset shifts while delivering information, creating actively transformed individuals and skills development programmes.

Understanding Barriers to Training Programme Participation
To understand why participants do not make full use of training programme opportunities—even exceptional programmes—one must first understand the participant and their entire ecosystem. This includes mental, physical, and psychosocial factors, as well as learning styles and other individual circumstances.
Organisational learning and development courses generally aim to build capacity, ensure smooth operations, and empower the workforce. However, regarding Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), very few training, skills development, and human resource management programmes truly engage with systemic trauma and its impact.
Despite extensive research documenting challenges in human development within BIPOC contexts—with BIPOC individuals comprising the highest percentage of the general workforce—most programmes fail to address these realities. Dissociation and depersonalisation often occur as survival mechanisms, causing participants to become “removed” from their reality during training. As a result, despite having the best intentions to implement changes in their lives, participants may fail to apply learned skills and resort to procrastination as a result of these deeper, unresolved impacts.
What Makes AFT ©JT Methodology Effective
Understanding the Need for Practical Engagement
PPIE Global recognises that training, human resource management, skills development, and service support programmes first need to engage with the mindset shaped by the unfortunate reality of colonisation, educational system limitations, and the subsequent impact of systemic trauma.
Left unattended to, these unaddressed factors will cause participants to unintentionally self-sabotage.
The Power of AFT©
The AFT© Methodology stands out by integrating cognitive psychology, behavioral science, and practical business experience. This holistic approach creates lasting transformation by addressing both mindset and actionable steps.
Unlike traditional coaching approaches, the AFT© Methodology works equally well for individuals seeking personal growth and organizations looking to develop their leadership teams. The program is highly adaptable and customized to your specific needs.
