Twelve (12) Month AFT Master Supervisor Coaching Practitioner

Time investment: 

Online – 6 hours per month for 6 months – 2 classes per month

This course unpacks in-depth global and country specific transformative coaching and entrepreneurs personal and professional leadership coaching concepts. 

This course covers in detail Active Facilitative Transformation Coaching Practitioner concepts with key understandings for Personal and Professional Transformation as a coaching practitioner. 

This course engages with leading leaders as AFT Master Supervisor coaching practitioners

Criteria for certification:

• Monthly in-depth supervisor practise report and formative assessments, 
• Extensive practical application with clients and students completing AFT Courses
• 6 hour questionnaire – summative assessment
• 25 page report of coaching sessions completed key understandings and findings as a coach and reflections on client journey from start to finish
• Supervisors reports for students who are completing the four week and three month courses. 

Value Add: 

Participants receive 4 individual coaching sessions

Participants receive in-depth full day workshop Business Activation Coaching to support establishing their own coaching practice.

Criteria for application: Extensive CV showing experience of coaching for at least 3-5 years and proof of completing a coaching course and facilitation in skills development, possibly facilitation, assessing and moderation added benefit, 15min video why you want to be a Master Supervisor coach with area of specialisation submitted to info@ppieglobal.com and letters of reference from at least 5 individual clients and one group client session you have completed as a coach.
